Requirements
- We provide only refundable/cancelable rates or options that include travel insurance to ensure that our clients are protected if unexpected changes are needed.
- Major adjustments to your itinerary may only be requested prior to one month before your departure date. After your trip details are finalized and booked, please contact us first if any questions or concerns arise, and we will do our best to accommodate.
- If you are on your trip already and we have provided a local contact, you may turn to them instead.
- A valid and current passport is required for booking any international trip. For domestic travel, please have the required identification for your country. Both forms of ID should have at least six months of validity past your travel dates, and your passport should include at least one blank, unstamped page.
- It is your responsibility to read through all destination overviews and itinerary documents provided before your travel dates, as well as to ensure compliance with any entry/exit requirements during your trip.
- Please remember that we work hard to build and maintain relationships with the individuals you will meet on your adventures. Respect and kindness go a long way, and at the end of the day, we are all human.
- We do not offer refunds if you are unsatisfied with any part of your booking or travel experience.
Reminders
- If you and your party are traveling by air, give yourselves ample time at the airport to ensure you make your flight. Download the airline’s app for the latest updates, and plan to arrive no later than 2 hours before a domestic flight or 3 hours for an international flight.
- If traveling to another country, remember to bring either a universal power adapter or the correct power adapter for the region you’re visiting! And think about how you’d like to stay connected while you’re there—this may require getting a physical SIM card or eSIM, portable router or hotspot, or checking on what your phone plan provides.
- Keep in mind the currency used at your destination. Knowing whether it is a cash-heavy or mostly card-based economy can prove to be useful.
